To submit your file via FTP, please download or use a file transfer program such as filezilla.  You can download this here.

Follow these directions to upload your file.

1. E-mail and request a username and password from Riverside Captioning Company.

2. Enter in the server address, upload.riversidecaptioning.com then enter the username and password provided by Riverside.  Leave the port text field blank. Click Quickconnect.

3. Browse for your file, and drag into the right side of the window.
